The 4-hour hands-on workshop is step 3 of the programme. Your team learns Copilot on its own work, using the three custom agents or workflows we have built as the worked examples.

Participants use Copilot to find and summarise information from the SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams content they already have permission to see.

The team drafts a report, proposal or summary in Word from referenced files, then refines it until it meets your standard.

Turn meetings into actions
Where Teams transcription is enabled, participants pull decisions and actions from a meeting and turn them into a follow-up document.

Participants ask Copilot in Excel to summarise, highlight or chart data from the scoping example, then check the results against the source.

Participants use the three custom agents or workflows we built on their own tasks, then we agree refinements and the next use cases to map.
Exercises depend on your Microsoft 365 Copilot licences, tenant settings and permissions, which we check in the readiness review. Anything outside Microsoft 365 is custom development and is scoped separately.

How much does Copilot training cost, and how many people can attend?
Copilot Training is $3,000 + GST and Copilot Training + Data is $6,000 + GST. Workshop group size is confirmed during the readiness review.
Do we need technical or AI experience?
No. The workshop is designed for business users. Familiarity with everyday Microsoft 365 tools is helpful, but no coding knowledge is required.
What business tasks can we use Copilot for?
Drafting reports and presentations, summarising meetings, preparing client communications and finding information across approved Microsoft 365 content. Exercises are selected around your team’s priorities and available features.
Do we need a paid Copilot licence or access to Copilot Studio?
For the full hands-on workshop, participants need an appropriate paid work Copilot licence. Because the programme includes custom Copilot Studio agents, we confirm Copilot Studio access and any additional licensing the agents need during the readiness review.
Do you cover privacy and sensitive business information?
Yes. We cover appropriate data use, SharePoint permissions, sharing controls and checking AI outputs. We also identify any access or configuration issues your IT provider should address.
Should we choose Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT training?
Copilot may be a good fit if your team works primarily in Microsoft 365. We’ll consider your workflows, existing tools and security requirements before recommending an approach.
What support is available after the workshop?
The programme includes two adoption and optimisation reviews after the workshop. If your team isn’t successfully using the three agreed agents or workflows by the first review, we provide an additional implementation session at no charge.
Will you connect Copilot to our other systems?
The programme works within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft’s list of approved connectors. Custom integrations with your other business systems are not part of the workshop. If one looks worthwhile, we scope it separately.

We primarily work with mining and resources, manufacturing and distribution, construction and property, and professional services (Finance and Legal). Each workshop is tailored to your team’s workflows. If your industry isn’t listed, get in touch.
Do you run AI training for construction and trades businesses?
Yes. For construction and trades teams we usually work on quotes and tenders, site and progress reports, supplier invoices and project documents. We have also built invoice automation for Netelec, an electrical supplier to the construction industry, so we know where these workflows get stuck.
