Do we need technical or AI experience?+
No. The workshop is designed to take people from basic AI use into practical business workflows without requiring a software development background.
How many people can attend?+
The standard private workshop includes up to 10 attendees. Enquire about larger sessions.
What should we send you beforehand?+
We'll ask for information about your team, the systems you use and several examples of repetitive workflows or tasks. For the AI Report Automation Pack, we'll also ask you to provide one recurring company report you'd like us to work from. If we're preparing an integration proof-of-concept, we'll also need suitable access to the relevant system, API documentation or technical information before the workshop.
What do we need to bring?+
Each participant should bring a laptop and access to the tools required for the exercises, including a ChatGPT Plus or Team subscription. We'll confirm the setup requirements before the workshop.
Will you build custom integrations during the workshop?+
Where technically suitable, the workshop can include a limited proof-of-concept connecting ChatGPT with one business system or workflow. Production integrations, security hardening and custom software development are scoped separately where required.
What happens if we identify something worth automating?+
If the workshop uncovers a larger operational opportunity, G3 Digital can assess the workflow in more detail and scope the software, automation or AI implementation required to solve it. There is no obligation to proceed.
