How long does it take, and how much of our team’s time is needed?+
The audit is delivered within 10 business days of discovery being complete. Your team needs to set aside around 6 to 8 hours, scheduled in advance to minimise disruption. A Focused Constraint Audit needs around 3 to 4 hours.
What do we receive at the end?+
An Operational Improvement Roadmap showing the constraints holding the business back, what they cost, the return on each improvement, and what to address now, next and later. We present the findings to your leadership team and recommend the scope, cost and success measures for the first stage.
Will you recommend AI for everything?+
No. Some constraints are best solved with a process change or conventional software, and some aren’t worth fixing yet. We recommend whatever gives the best return, including telling you when the answer is to leave something alone.
Do we have to use G3 Digital to implement the roadmap?+
No. The roadmap is yours to implement with us, your internal team or another provider. If you engage us to implement it, your full audit fee is credited against the first stage.

Yes. We’re based in Perth, Western Australia, and work with businesses across Australia.
