Peloton Workready: custom JobAdder workflows that save around 10 hours a week
A custom MCP server that connects JobAdder to Claude, with two workflows built on top: a daily talent pooling report and a bulk identity verifier for new candidates.
The problem: daily recruitment admin that JobAdder couldn't do on its own
Peloton Workready runs its candidates, jobs and applications in JobAdder. Two jobs took up Haydn's time every day.
The first was the talent pooling report: pulling every candidate in the talent pool, with their application and candidate details, into one report. Done by hand, it took around an hour a day.
The second was identity verification. Every new candidate's identity documents had to be checked against their JobAdder record, and with a steady flow of new candidates, the checks added up.
JobAdder doesn't produce that report itself, and it isn't one of Claude's ready-made connectors, so neither job could be handed to an AI tool out of the box.

The solution: a JobAdder connection plus two workflows
G3 Digital built a custom integration server that connects JobAdder to Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), then built two workflows on top of it.
1. Connect JobAdder securely
The MCP server connects to JobAdder with Peloton Workready's approval and gives Claude access to candidates, companies, contacts and jobs. Claude's access to the server and the server's access to JobAdder use separate credentials, and JobAdder tokens are encrypted at rest.
2. Talent pooling report on request
Ask for the report and the server finds the talent pool, works through every application, adds each candidate's details and produces a CSV to download. Large reports run in the background so they don't time out, and finished reports are encrypted and deleted after seven days.
3. Bulk identity verifier
For new candidates, the verifier reads their identity documents in JobAdder, checks each document's built-in check digits in code rather than relying on the AI, and compares the details with the candidate record. Proposed corrections go to a person to approve before anything is written back, with a full audit trail.
Haydn now runs the talent pooling report every day and the identity verifier whenever a new candidate comes in. Raw documents never go into the chat: Claude only sees summaries, results and download links.
The business return
Two daily jobs that used to be manual now take a request in Claude, with a person still approving any change to a candidate record.
